Little Cubs is a trading name of Baylor International Ltd, a family-owned company registered in New Zealand. We sell educational and outdoor toys for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and we ship to the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

This is our registered office and postal address. It is not a shop or a returns address - please don't send anything back to it without talking to us first, because we can't match up a parcel that arrives without a reference number.
The fastest way to reach us about an order
Our Contact and Returns Centre handles order status and tracking, address changes, cancellations, changes to what you ordered, spelling fixes on personalised items, and returns or damage reports. Most of those are resolved there in under a minute without waiting on a reply.

When you'll hear back
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, New Zealand time. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a New Zealand public holiday are picked up on the next working day.
Where your order ships from
We are a New Zealand company. Our stock is held and dispatched by fulfilment partners overseas rather than from the address above, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic courier would. Current delivery estimates are in our shipping policy, and every order is sent with tracking.
