Our Goal
At Little Cubs we offer free shipping for all of our orders.
To ensure our high standards are met, we use a variety of reputable carriers to ensure fast and safe delivery of your order.
The use of multiple carriers means different tracking numbers may show as invalid if used with the wrong carrier. For example:
A FedEx tracking number will show as invalid if used on the NZ Post website.
Follow the steps below to ensure
you're correctly tracking your order
Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number.
Once your order has been shipped you will have received a shipping confirmation email (if you can't find it, please check your junk / promotions folders)
In the shipping confirmation email will be your tracking number, please copy the full tracking number.
Step 2: Delivery Location.
As mentioned above, we use multiple shipping carriers. Use this guide to correctly track your order.
If your order is being delivered to an Australian address it will be shipped with one of our international carriers.
Please click the "Australian Addresses" button below and paste your tracking number.
If your order is being delivered to a New Zealand address it will be shipped with NZ Post.
Please click the "New Zealand Addresses" button below and paste your tracking number.
